At HINT Coaching, we aim to deliver meaningful value and support participants in receiving the right level of service.
Workshops and Webinars
• Registrations may be transferred to another session if requested at least 48 hours prior to the event.
• Refunds may be offered if participants communicate the workshop is not meeting expectations within the first portion of the session.
Coaching Sessions and Programs
Because coaching sessions and programs involve reserved capacity and customized support:
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• If participants feel the program is not delivering value, we encourage early discussion so appropriate support or transition options can be explored
Our goal is to ensure participants receive support that genuinely serves them.
Missed Sessions
Missed live sessions may not be refundable but may include access to recordings when available.
